Verspreid over de 7de, 8ste en 9de verdieping\nvan de site Kruidtuin liggen de consultatieruimten voor maar liefst 23\nverschillende specialiteiten. Via automaten en QR-codescanners kunnen pati\u00ebnten zich\nzelfstandig aanmelden, betalen,\nhun weg in de polikliniek vinden\nen wordt de arts op de hoogte\ngebracht van hun aanwezigheid.\nMaar pati\u00ebnten kunnen er ook\nvoor kiezen om zelf naar het loket\nte gaan waar de medewerkers van\nde kliniek hen ontvangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Doordat artsen van verschillende\ndiensten beschikbaar zijn voor\nraadplegingen op \u00e9\u00e9n plek, kunnen\npati\u00ebnten meerdere consultaties na\nelkaar inplannen. Op die manier\nkrijgen ze de kans om verschillende specialisten op dezelfde dag\nte zien en zetten we nog meer in op\nmultidisciplinaire zorg\", verklaart\ndr. Eva Provyn, medisch directeur\na.i. in Kliniek Sint-Jan. Vanuit de vierde verdieping van de aangrenzende Interparking Kruidtuin zullen pati\u00ebnten in de toekomst ook rechtstreeks de polikliniek kunnen bereiken. Brede liften, balies op correcte hoogte en gemakkelijke doorstroming voor mensen met beperkte mobiliteit moeten er eveneens voor zorgen dat de toegankelijkheid voor iedereen optimaal is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De bouw van de polikliniek kadert in het strategisch plan SJ2024 waarmee Kliniek Sint-Jan investeert in innovatieve, kwalitatieve en toegankelijke zorg voor mensen die wonen en werken in Brussel. \u00ab\u00a0We willen als kliniek mee evolueren en nog beter inspelen op de behoeften van pati\u00ebnten \u00e9n collega\u2019s. Daarom zijn Brusselaars en pendelaars welkom in deze nieuwe, moderne polikliniek voor een volledig en ge\u00efntegreerd zorgaanbod waarbij we onze medische expertise en behandelingen ondersteunen met geavanceerde technieken\u00a0\u00bb, aldus Alexandre Deschuymere, CEO van Kliniek Sint-Jan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0We willen er zijn voor elke pati\u00ebnt en onze zorg op hen afstemmen. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat onze 180 medische en paramedische experten zich hier goed voelen en we nieuwe zorgprofessionals kunnen aantrekken.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nog meer moderniseringen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samen met de bouw van de polikliniek werden de voorbije jaren al verschillende afdelingen op de 3 sites van Kliniek Sint-Jan uitgebreid of gemoderniseerd. Zo werden eerder de afdelingen radiotherapie en palliatieve zorgen aan de Kruidtuinlaan in een nieuw jasje gestoken. In september openden de gemoderniseerde afdelingen acute psychiatrie daar ook hun deuren. Op de site Middaglijn werd de afdeling kinderpsychiatrie &lsquo;Domino&rsquo; vernieuwd.
