Tijdens deze missie stelden ze al snel vast dat het eerst noodzakelijk is om zorgverleners te ondersteunen om vervolgens ook de pati\u00ebnten beter te kunnen helpen.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vooral in het ziekenhuis was er een specifieke vraag naar oplossingen die het maken van afspraken vereenvoudigen. Daarom ontwikkelde Rosa een online-afsprakensysteem waarmee pati\u00ebnten de eerste beschikbare tijdsloten van een zorgverlener kunnen vinden en hun afspraak kunnen beheren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De module biedt een overzicht van alle zorgverleners binnen een dienst, verspreid over de verschillende ziekenhuislocaties \u2014 een essentieel voordeel gezien de uitbouw van ziekenhuisnetwerken. Dankzij een triagefunctionaliteit worden pati\u00ebnten vervolgens naar de juiste subspecialiteit en de geschikte specialist doorverwezen. Deze volledige integratie met de ziekenhuissystemen zorgt voor een vlotte synchronisatie van agenda\u2019s en gezondheidsgegevens, wat de interactie tussen pati\u00ebnt en zorgverlener optimaliseert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De oplossing is beschikbaar via een gepersonaliseerde module in de huisstijl van het ziekenhuis, maar ook via Rosa.be, het platform met het grootste aantal zorgprofessionals in Belgi\u00eb. Dit platform fungeert als een verlengstuk van de ziekenhuiswebsite door specialisten en hun beschikbaarheden in de kijker te zetten. Dankzij deze verhoogde zichtbaarheid kunnen ziekenhuizen nieuwe pati\u00ebnten aantrekken die op zoek zijn naar een specialist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welke factor heeft u geholpen om een partnerschap met ziekenhuizen op te bouwen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In slechts \u00e9\u00e9n jaar tijd heeft Rosa overeenkomsten gesloten met 20% van de Belgische ziekenhuizen, een groeiend aantal dankzij onze toegankelijke oplossingen en ons begrip van de specifieke context waarin ziekenhuizen functioneren. Zij zijn immers sterk gereguleerde organisaties met beperkte budgetten, maar tegelijk voortdurend op zoek naar innovatieve oplossingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Twee sleutelprofielen speelden hierbij een cruciale rol: een juridisch verantwoordelijke en een delivery-verantwoordelijke. Zij begeleiden onze partners doorheen het volledige traject \u2014 van technische en contractuele uitwerking tot implementatie. Dit versterkte het vertrouwen van Data Protection Officers, technische teams en het management, en toonde duidelijk de meerwaarde aan van onze oplossingen in hun dagelijkse werking. Ook de vlotte integratie met de bestaande ziekenhuissystemen was een belangrijk voordeel in de samenwerking met Rosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat stelt u voor op het vlak van opvolging?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als vzw investeert Rosa voortdurend in de ontwikkeling van nieuwe oplossingen ter ondersteuning van zorgverleners en ter verbetering van ziekenhuisdiensten.
